"We had an amazing stay at Silks Taroko. Staff was helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a good visit. They helped organize two vans to give us a tour of the area with one english speaking tour guide, Victor. It was an amazing, thoughtfully paced tour that the guide provided us with. Even though the area is still recovering from the earthquakes a few years back and many of the trails are still under construction, it was still well worth the visit."

Stayed for three nights in 3rd floor honeymoon suite. The room was quite large and comfortable. On the first night the heating didn't work, but when I mentioned it to staff the next day they had a new heater in the room within 10 minutes. Breakfast and dinner in the western buffet was generally of a high standard, although the Chinese restaurant was less impressive.
