"The staff here are amazing, so friendly and helpful we’ve stayed here before and weren’t disappointed with most aspects of our stay. Our only disappointment was the ‘bathroom’ in our room. It was too small and therefore very uncomfortable. Previously, we have always had a really nice, comfortable bathroom in our room so this was a big disappointment. Other than that, everything else was very good."

Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job.
