"Everything was perfect"

"Toilet was broke in room for 2 days. Sinkbwas broken also 1 day. Shower had no hot water 2 days. Room smelled like cat pee. Elevators takeb5-15min ea time you need 1. On checkout day it took 30 min. There didnt seem to be much concern about the condition of tje property from staff. "

"Every staff member was so friendly and helpful! From housekeeping, valet, front desk, bar staff, and bell men. Wonderful experience!"

"The front desk are not friendly at all. They have an attitude specially when we checked out. She would let me use the bathroom at the lobby minutes after we checked out. I would never recommend this place to anyone she gave the whole not so good impression on the property a more worse experience so no. We will never come back. "

"Room 2101 was fairly clean. The A/C worked well. No issues/problems with the shower or running hot water. The bed was comfortable. The space inside the room was comfortable for the 2 of us. I denied room cleaning, however, they were on point with replacing clean towels (at my request). We didn’t eat breakfast there, however, they kept a restock of water and lemonade in the lobby area as we navigated to and from the hotel. I definitely will stay there again! "
