"Property ideally suited for a function we were attending. I thought the water in the fridge was complimentry. I never read the label !! Got charged for it. I thought water was free as in most 4 to 5 star hotels"

"The stay was ok. The hotel is located in the CBD area, but in a quiet place. The rooms are decent in size. The buffet breakfast is a bit expensive for the type of spread served. The room we stayed did not have hangers or stands in the bathroom and floor mats making it incovenient to dress after a shower. There was no partition between shower area and dry area making water splash over to the dry area. No bathroom slippers and floor mats are provided to dry the feet before going to the dressing area. The air conditioner control panel did not have provision to adjust the fan speed, making teperature inside the room difficult to control. When set at 24deg, the room feels warm at night, but when set at 22deg, makes the room too chill to sleep. There were few minor issues that I don't remember now. Please look into these suggestions. "Booked a cabin, got a cramped single donga. Was told it was because I booked though a third party site. Traffic noise from the freeway disrupted sleep. Would not book there again"

"My experience was mostly negative I’m afraid: Room: Some rooms are very close to the busy highway and may require stairs to reach. The TV was audio only(!) The bed was comfortable, the aircon worked well and the shower was warm. Otherwise bog standard. Breakfast: I checked in on a Friday night and was told breakfast was served from 6am when on Saturday morning it starts at 7am. The food quality was poor (I had an omelette). Site: The pool is very small and not at all enticing. There’s nothing else noteworthy, the nearest shops are a ten minute walk. They have vending machines. The airport shuttle, however, is very good. Overall,if you just want a comfortable bed + warm shower and a reliable shuttle service, it’s ok for one night but that’s it."
