"We love staying at this Margaritaville! Unfortunately, this say felt a little on the dirty side..."

"Bell service was not accessible. We had to carry everything up ourselves. Hot tub was closed but it was never mentioned at check in or on website. We were looking forward to the hot tub after a long day of snowboarding. Pool was closed Saturday. The kids were super disappointed. No microwave or kettle to warm up water. I called the front desk, and they said to use the coffee machine. No Thanks, not a fan of using coffee machine to warm up water, I needed warm water for my baby's bottle. I had a stroller and there was no ramp to the lobby from the valet section. Pros: Room was spacious, hotel is decent. Starbucks in lobby was great. "

"Breakfast is not included or offered. Convenient location. Checking out is seamless. Make sure to leave the pool towels in your room or they will charge you $25 for each one. "

"Eveything was clean. Lady staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. "

"The place was clean, there were very nice little touches, like one complimentary drink per person, one complimentary marshmallow kits per person and a simple but very nice continental breakfast. The staff is what sets the place apart. Very friendly and on the last day my car would not start and they went out of their way to secure jumper cables and get my car stared to head back down the mountain. "

"Overbooked double queen rooms, then didn't offer anything to compensate for their mistake. Manager was rude and condescending when asked how we could make our situation work. He offered no solutions, other than to make my 17 year old athlete to sleep on the floor. Housekeeping didn't refill items requested, and when asked for those items waa told Housekeeping waa busy and i would need to get the items from the front desk. All amenities were under construction and had to walk to another casino to use their amenities yet waa charged a substantial "resort". Would NEVER stay at this hotel again!"

"Everyone was very nice and things were clean, but it was under construction. So we still had so pay a “resort fee” but didn’t have access to a fitness center, there was no housekeeping, and no tv. "
