Healesville Garden Accommodation Grandview is a stunning Boutique Guest House situated in the Heart of Healesville. A magnificent historic property, the Grandview is a wonderful venue for larger Groups, conferencing, wedding accommodation.

Originally built in the early 20th Century as a Private Hotel by Percy Burt (Formally of the Grand Hotel), this graceful dame of Healesville is steeped in local history and has many wonderful stories to tell. Boasting an elevated position, and overlooking the Healesville Township, the Grandview is set in mature gardens, in a prominent town position, with magnificent mountain views. The Grandview has been lovingly restored to reflect its unique charm and character.

Over the years, this beautiful space has been a welcome stopover for weary travellers, discerning guests looking for the best position in town, a boarding house, and home to several generations of families. Set high in the Heart of Healesville, this magnificent Building is surrounded by mature hedging to ensure privacy and calm. Boasting a ball room size entrance way filled with comfortable contemporary seating, polished floor boards throughout, 14ft pressed metal ceilings, huge sweeping verandahs, a Grand Lounge Room with Open Fire Place, a Dining Room to seat up to 20 Guests (Our Dining Tables made from reclaimed Spanish timber), and many more original features throughout. This property is the ideal venue for any special occasion. From either simple or intimate, to more lavish, we offer catering packages to suit all occasions.

Beautifully renovated, this space has begun its new life as the “Healesville Garden Grandview”.

Great place for larger groups
Overall a great experience. Michelle was helpful and promptly responded to questions and requests. We had 11 adults stay here for a weekend and everyone enjoyed their stay. It is worth noting that the bunk bed room in apartment 3 is only really suitable for children. The room is incredibly small! Also worth noting that if you have multiple couples staying in apartments 2 and 3, there will be a lot of adults sharing a bathroom/toilet! Apart from those two minor issues, the property is set up well for larger groups and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

Perfect for a large group
We had a very large group with infants and the property worked perfectly for us. There was plenty of space and the separate apartments allowed some privacy despite the size of the group. Location is ideal, short stroll into town, with cafes shops restaurants and supermarket. Michelle was highly responsive and made the process easy.

Easy to find. Easy checkin. Walking distance to Coles. Easy communication with Property Manager who responds immediately. Clean and safe place. The whole family enjoyed and marvelled at the place for being such a good find

Birthday celebrations.
Located close to the main street, it was an ideal venue to celebrate a birthday milestone with an extended family. Fantastic kitchen, huge dining room and a lounge area with an open fireplace. The accommodation in the various apartments was suitable for our needs. A few minor repairs were needed to maintain the expected high standard. During the cooler months it may be ideal to have wood already chopped as it gave a cosy atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
