"The location of the hotel was excellent for access to city and walking . It was a large room for city centre. It was very busy at checkin because of the marathon weekend but staff did well. The negative was no kettle or hot drink station although the reception staff let me get one from the breakfast area one day. Only one pillow but maybe could have asked for additional one ."

"Incredibly accessible for those who need it. Tierney at reception was amazing! Ordered pizza to the room with ease via QR code which was super helpful to us being hard of hearing. Comfy bed and spacious bathroom. Could not recommend enough!"

"The breakfast was OK and what you'd expect from a buffet breakfast. The room smelled musty upon arrival and there was a dead shield bug in my bed! The bed was, however, comfortable. It did the job for the night. The bar was very well stocked and reasonably priced"
