The bar area and restaurant was well appointed and you can see nice refurbishment work had happened. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money. The location was quite good to access town with a short walk."

"Great location in the heart of Salisbury. An historic old inn where you could stay in the room which Lord Nelson once stayed in. Full buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, disappointed y the fact that they only offer drip coffee. No mini bar in the rooms, only body wash was supplied in the way of toiletries and no complimentary water in the rooms meant only 3.5 rating. "

"Easy to find, easy to park and always a warm friendly welcome. Room has everything I need, having a fridge is particularly good. No disturbance from busy main road, Indian restaurant next door is excellent. I stay here every 6-8 weeks for work, always relaxing."
