easy check in, both rooms were clean and tidy, exactly what we would expect. early morning swim which was very nice and relaxing, excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold choices, very enjoyable nights stay, we will return!

We had an okay stay, the hotel had basic amenities that you’d need and the pool was fairly good. The rooms and bathrooms were quite outdated but the main issue is the walls must be paper thin - you could hear everything from the rooms next door, and we were unfortunate enough to have neighbours playing music beyond 11pm. However at 11pm, about to try to sleep, used the toilet and the flusher broke so we had to move rooms. Not a great experience overall.

The staff are a big plus for this hotel. We have stayed at Norton Park for a number of years, going back to the 2000 It has not changed very much over the years, and although the rooms are clean, they are starting to look dated.

Friendly location

The breakfast was buffet help yourself. It was a good selection of cooked and continental. The broom was a great size and the bed was really comfortable. The Pool and leisure facilities were very good.
