"Absolutely loved my stay! The only thing I was thrown off about was an extra fifty eight dollar charge when checking in and a separate deposit charge of two hundred and fifty. Currently still awaiting my money back on that."

"The location of the property is very good. However, there were a few problems with the unit: 1) It is located on the second floor overlooking Ala Moana Boulevard, which is a very busy street during the day and into the night. In addition, it is on a low floor looking out over the parking lot. 2) The description said there was a private lanai. This is not true. "View was really good, we got the partisl view room, and we saw the sunset the first day. For sure though if you want an unobstructed view you should get full ocean view. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Parking is kind of hit or miss, was extremely busy when we went and had a hard time finding parking. Though if that happens talk to valet and then can help"
