"Incredible Service – A Business Traveler's Dream! After a grueling business travel day arriving after 8:00 p.m., the team at Mona Hotel Montreux completely turned my mood around. I was greeted by two front desk agents whose humor and genuine engagement made the stress of the day disappear instantly. Despite the late hour, they went the extra mile to personally show me the spa, Jacuzzi, and sauna facilities to ensure I could properly unwind. This is world-class hospitality at its finest. If you want a stay where you feel truly welcomed and valued, this is the place. Kudos to the team for a memorable stay!"

"I have no complaints. Of the 3 hotels I stayed in on this trip to Europe, this was by my favorite. I chose a lake view room and from My balcony I could see right over to Evian. Every staff member was beyond helpful from getting me in for dinner when I didn’t have a reservation to arranging an early morning taxi for me. They even indulged me practicing my terrible French with them. I plan on visiting Lausanne at least once a year to visit friends and I will always stay at De La Paix "

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It had magnificent views of the lake with a beautiful mountain backdrop. The breakfast was delicious - lots of options including made to order omelettes with a dining space with lake views. We received a warm welcome from the staff each time we came into the lobby and they were able to offer good local knowledge if we had any queries. I would not hesitate to stay here again if I ever get the chance."
