Wonderful walking opportunities' from the site or by quick car ride. Ideal for walkers and for winter ski resort A restaurant would have been nice at night or a bar as there is nothing local and if you have not been to the supermarket before arriving you could be left desperate

Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite laundry.

All in All a Satisfactory Experience

The communication with the accommodation was bad, largely because it was in French only and I don't speak French. On the day of Arrival we had a difficult Day because our GPS failed and we couldn't locate the somewhat remote location. With the help of a dog walker and the local tourist information in Evian we eventually reached the Complex late. During this time we range the accommodation several times, but no one ever answered. Anyway, we checked in with a very kind and warm receptionist. The accommodation was adequate and good value for money; the location and day time views of Lac Leman were magical. Only the bed was a little uncomfortable due to the age of the mattress. The security deposit of 416 Australian Dllars seemed a little high for just 2 nights, and it took a week to be refunded.

All was good. Only breakfast was only based on starchesc sugar and dairies so very poor. They had no eggs or anything similar very simple to prepare

Great location, but...

Great location, but if you ride a motorbike, be VERY careful coming up to the property as the roads contain hairpins and inclines that are insane, to say the least, if you have a heavy bike. Otherwise, staff were helpful but the apartment was a bit basic, but functional for our limited 2 night stay. Has a pool, with views over the lake/forest

Superior apartment in very bad condition

Common areas (pool, tennis court, etc) were very nice. Our apartment was however not fit for being rented out: the bathroom smelled like sewer the entire time, most of the floor boards were misaligned for large gaps in between - just to mention a few things. In short the “superior” apartment we rented was simply not fit for being rented out. It should have been redone many years ago.

Lugrin garden and city hotel, good value

Good value accommodation in beautiful setting on Mountain overlooking Lake Geneva (Lac Leman). Too cold to use pool, would have been good if the overhead cover had been used. We would have swum then. Good location to visit Evian, Lake Annecy and beautiful mountain viewpoints . The bathroom needed the plaster on the walls replacing. Generally needs an uodate but the heating worked very well.

Billigt ophold til fem personer. Gode senge. Slidt værelse og faciliteter, men ok. Dog ikke helt tilfredsstillende rengøring i hjørner og køkkenet. Morgenmaden ok - men i den dyre ende i forhold til udvalget. Poolen ikke så godt rengjort, men roligt og hyggeligt. Ikke for mange mennesker.

Vor dieser Unterkunft können wir nur warnen. Gebucht ein DZ , Doppelbett, EG Gartenblick. Kein Check-in vor 16 Uhr. Das ist Internet die neueste Abzockmasche. Keine 24 Stunden im Zimmer bleiben können. Was wir ja auch gar nicht wollten, aber 16 Uhr haben wir noch nie erlebt. Also brav 1 Std. gewartet. Danach check-in mit € 250,-- Kaution Zimmer für 1 Nacht! Wir haben uns gewehrt, noch nie in 45 Jahren verreisen erlebt. Nichts zu machen, Usus dort. Achtung Zimmer 206 im Hauptgebäude: unter dem Dach, Mansarde, keine volle Raumhöhe, gefühlte 50°, uralt, es roch übel, 2 getrennte uralte klapprige Betten. Uns hat der Schlag getroffen. Wir waren angesichts der Diskussionen an der Rezeption schon so genervt, dass wir das Zimmer nicht bezogen haben sondern abgereist sind. Wer lediglich eine Zwischenübernachtung bucht, kriegt ein grausames Zimmer. Schlüssel zurück an der Rezeption, Aufforderung sofort die € 250,-- zurückzubuchen. Dort herrschte Chaos, weil man die Buchungen der nächsten Gäste nicht fand. Noch niemals haben wir ein so lausiges Zimmer erhalten, auch das Internet ist geduldig mit seinen Bildern. Insgesamt wirkte die Anlage sehr alt, wie aus einer anderen Zeit.

J'ai bien aimé dans l'ensemble, mais j'ai trouvé vraiment dommage de me trouver dans une chambre au 2eme étage juste au dessous le moteur de la ventilation (je pense). Ce bruit m'a vraiment gêné dans la nuit.
