Hatters Park Tours and Activities

I fully paid for my stay for 9/8-9/13, due to attending the Funeral of my dad, my husband, children and I arrived 9/9. I called ahead as a courtesy; when I arrived my reservation was cancelled due to no show. No refund, because I booked through Expedia. Also, I was informed about the maid strike that certainly contributed to there not being any rooms available. Staff was kind though their hands were tied.

I stayed there for a weeding that was held at the Royal Regency, The both rooms that hosted the event was 5 STAR!!!! My hotel room was not good, it had mosquitoes in the room plus no iron. I checked in a Friday to leave on the Sunday but i only slept one night and stayed at my brother's hotel across the street. I talked to staff but all room was booked out so i couldn't switched rooms.
