"The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. "

"This property has fake pics of the inside online. Receptacles are all hanging with exposed wires, gate has no lock. No dishes, stove was disgusting, no soap, not even in the bathroom for your hands. Ants and roaches everywhere. No utensils, no shower head in shower. No hot water. No table, I left this room about 30 minutes after I arrived. We did not feel safe at all. Do not book this property. "The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night....

"Angel worked us in on a same-day booking and met with us at 9:00pm for check and was truly a holiday life-saver (thanks to a different VRBO booking never responding on check in). Nice amenities and right next to ocean (more surfing spot rather than swimming, but pool was nice as well). With more times notice and some updates, this place could easily be 5 star. Again, super thanks to Angel for the last-minute accomodations."
