"upon first arrived the staff was very helpful and accommodating ! And when i first entered the room it was very clean and the city view was amazing ! i also loved the interactive tablet for the room as well"

"Front desk female upon arrival was not too friendly. Pillows were very old. Parking was terrible. Ticket didn't work and we needed to call the parking attendant to let us out. Super inconvenient We were also given a room on the third floor which didn't feel good since it was near the conf rooms"

"It was a nice clean area. Staff were nice but my friend and I didn't expect to get 1 queen bed and a pull out of sofa as the 2nd queen bed. We saw it was supposed to be 2 actual queen beds. Besides that it's a nice area and easy to get to"
