"The location was great but they need to replace they're carpets right at the entrance smells really bad! And the restaurant has a great costumer service but the carpet stinks 😩 Also the 🔥 fireplace outdoor the restaurant smells like propane so it might be dangerous they should be more careful.... Overall all of they're outdoors are stunning!!"

"Friendly staff makes all the difference the area is sketch outside the mall but the convenience of having everything you need right outside the door is amazing! We parked 40 feet from the door. The service was spot on. The room was clean and fresh and relaxing. The downtown scene feel was fun. All and all it was a great experience. "

"In the last few Month's i have rented rooms here quite a bit. The Hotel is okay but one Front Desk Clerk lately has been quite rude and unprofessional in that all of a sudden with my past two rentals he started demanding a $100.00 deposit that was never asked for the several times before i rented a room and he demands it in a most unfriendly and hostile way which for a business that is suppose to be Hospitable he make's you feel anything but welcome. The only reason i pick this Hotel is because of the affordable price on the average rooms but i have started to look at other options because this employee who claims he is a Manager has really started to offend me in many way's so i cannot recommend staying here to anyone due to his terrible and unfriendly personality which is very disturbing."
