Near the Shenandoah Mountain trial system where you fill find many great hiking and bike trails, fishing lakes and streams, as well as other great outdoor experiences. Also a 25 min drive from the Massanutten entrance where you can find an abundance of winter and summer activities. 35 min from the Shenandoah National Park entrance. Gorgeous mountain views in the back yard of the property.
