"Hotel was ok as far as food and staff. Cleanliness needed some work. I would NEVER stay there again or recommend it. It was the noisiest place that I have ever stayed! Loud music, a band eas playing until 2 am, doors slamming, people in the halls all night...yelling, talking on phones, in and out of there rooms all night. The hall sounded like romper room with adults. Never again. "

"Stayed just one night before an international trip. Shuttle driver from the airport was (loudly) on a phone call arguing with someone the entire (short fortunately) drive from the airport to the hotel. Made for a very uncomfortable ride for me and the other two people on the shuttle. Shuttle to the airport was a better experience. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fine for a one night stay. Limited food options nearby so had to Door Dash which because the hotel parking lot is secured with a gate (which I’m sure is peace of mind if you’re parked there), made it a little difficult for the drive to get in as he had to wait for a long line of other cars trying to figure out how to get in. Overall, this was fine for my needs. Appreciated the free airport shuttle (despite the first always trip). Would any again for the sake of convenience."

"The room was clean, unfortunately it is difficult to sleep with the condensing unit on the AC , which is located in the corner of the bedroom, loudly clicking on and off all night. We even had a sound machine but could not drown out the loud switching on and off of the condensing unit. Minimal sleep."

"Liked that you could walk straight into Newark Penn Station, made travelling easy. Walking distance to food outlets, burlington and other shopping outlets. LOVED THE COMPLIMENTARY COOKIE! A microwave should have been in the room rather than in the lobby. At least disposable ware was available on request."
