We loved the customer service. The front desk was super busy dealing with concerns from our group and other guests, but they maintained their professionalism which reflected their rating.

linen was awful bedding especially, dusty ,room was not cleaned properly found empty bottles in room , needs of an update asap for the cost .

The rooms are dated . The rooms need a bit more everyday maintenance to things like windows and moldings. Coffee supplies not updated daily.

Place is gorgeous. Surroundings breathtaking. However, like many things in Canada, upkeep is terrible. Apparently they don't realize of the potential of these landmarks. Perhaps they're not popular enough to generate enough profit. It was pretty empty.

Some furniture are scratched not maintained well and the bathroom ceiling had a panel was not attached properly loose had other had a hole. The mirrors were not cleaned properly. Staffs were friendly.

Black mold in the shower, cleaning staff was next to not seen. Rooms need up dated, towel rack was partially falling off the wall. Cheaper room price you get what you pay for

Hotel was pretty average, run down/shabby. Fitness centre was closed. Not much to do as public hot pool closed early on Saturday & Sunday 3pm) as it was off season. We left one night early because we got bored.

So we end up staying 4 nights and we never had a towel change once. The hotel needs a make over in the rooms. There was black mold in the corner of the tub. The plug ins on the lamps did not work. The first few nights there was NO parking except on the street. There was underground parking but it was an additional 9.50 per night. I would not be staying there again. Also 1 vending machine for the whole hotel.

Expedia is now booking properties that are full. Please use literally any litter sights. From the conversation with these young frustrated ladies, they are full, everyone knows they’re full, but Expedia keeps taking reservations which completely ruins this small operation. Having said all of this, this hotel is disgusting. Do not book.
