"Super establishment, great amenities, very friendly staff, very good cook breakfast very clean room, overall with very good stay"

"Loved the teapot in the room and real teacups. The outside tables were full of empty glasses & plates the 1st evening I stayed. No tables were bussed. Why? Rarely was there anyone at Reception. Why? Appreciated notices in hallway to remind guests not to disturb others, to close doors quietly etc. Beds were comfy, sheets were good quality, nice pillows. Who thought a wood shelf around the bathroom sink was a good idea?! No noise from neighboring rooms was a pleasant surprise. Shower gel was completely empty. Why no Kleenex in room? Just toilet paper. All in all the best hotel I've stayed in, in Harlow. Thank you for a pleasant stay. I will be back!"

"Tired and run down. Changed rooms and the second one ws also awful. Bed uncomfortable and bathroom dirty. Stains on carpet and evetything is dated. Food is average at best. Staff are friendly. Ive stayed here everal times for work and aadly i wont be booking again."

"the hotel was clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Breakfast was good + fresh bean coffee. Small issue with one window not opening and the AC was out of action with an error code, didn't raise at the time due to late evening"
