"John and Dianna are great hosts! They left a sweet happy birthday message for me and also had lots of snacks for the humans - as well as our dogs! The cabin was a perfect location for bike riding at The Highlands. We especially loved ALL the clothing hooks. So convenient. The fireplace was very nice, too, after a day out in the rain. "From the moment we turned in the drive you could tell this was a great choice. We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the area for our wedding anniversary. This small cottage in the woods was perfect for two people and the attention to all the details was apparent. It was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and quiet. The attention the owners have given to making this a special place for their guests is obvious. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the area."

"This was a one week trip with my Friend, starting in the UP and ending in the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area. This Rental in Harbor Springs was really nice. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Both beds were very comfortable, which is hard to find in a rental. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. The house is located in a very cute neighborhood. It was very quiet at night."

"My family and I had a wonderful time. The house felt secluded but you are in driving distance of everything. The property was clean. The beds felt hard at first but we all slept great. I was able to check out the little stream behind the house, but it didn’t have too much water yet. My dog really enjoyed it as well. Thank you for letting us take a little break from life to enjoy the view and stay. We appreciate it!"

"my three best friends and myself traveled up to harbor springs after two of them ran the bayshore marathon. the cabin smelled incredible when we walked in, and provided so many opportunities to get solid r&r. the area is beautiful and there's tons of space to play games, build a fire, and enjoy the property as well as a cozy living room with lots of games to connect with each other. due to its authenticity, prepare yourself for sound/voices easily carrying through the home! that being said, it didn't affect our stay in any negative way in the slightest. wonderful stay :)."

"We traveled with an extended family group ranging in age from 19 to 73. This house was the perfect layout for us as far as sleeping arrangements & open areas for spending time together, while still having plenty of space for privacy. Having 3.5 bathrooms was great! Plenty of towels, linens, pillows & blankets. Well stocked with extra soap, detergents, cleaning supplies & paper products if any supplies need refilled. Extra fans in the closets if needed. Well equipped kitchen & the house was extremely clean. The host replied immediately when we needed to contact him for anything. Having the attached garage was a nice bonus. We didn't have time to use any of the amenities like the pool, tennis, or basketball courts. We'll definitely return here in the future if we're in the area!"
