Modern Cottage in the Heart of Charlevoix

Summary:
Modern Cottage in the heart of Charlevoix. Beaches, Bars, Restaurants and shopping needs are just footsteps away! Free parking and convenient location will ensure you are able to relax worry free while staying at this beautiful condo. This unit has adequate space for a large group or family and offer privacy at the same time with its multi-level design! (no elevator available)

The Space:
This cottage features a master bedroom & full bathroom on the first floor along with a full living room, kitchen, washer & dryer and fireplace. The upstairs has two guest bedrooms, a small kitchen, full bathroom, washer & dryer and eating area(also great for games). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a tv. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. Second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin on top and full on bottom) and a day bed with a tv. Enjoy a private beach just a short walk from the condo.

Guest Access:
We offer self check in! Correspondence will be via texting and email. Once you book you will receive a booking confirmation via email. The day before arrival you will receive a check in letter with a unique door code and instructions on how to access your condo.. We look forward to hosting you :)

Other Things to Note:
Parking:There is parking designated for the condo directly to the left of the unit. There is a sign on the corner of the condo indicating parking for Riverwalk 105. Two vehicles can fit one in front of the other. Other vehicles are not allowed. If you need additional parking for a boat you can use Ferry Beach at a daily rate.

If you have any questions please refer to the QR codes that are in the condo. Simply aim your smart phone camera at the QR code and explore our menu of FAQ and procedures needed for you check in and check out! If you need further assistance: for the quickest response it is best to message us through your booking channel (ex: Airbnb, Booking, Hopper, VRBO, etc.). Great Location
What a great location right in the heart of downtown and the condo was nice, beds comfy. Not a lot of storage in kitchen for groceries/supplies and gave only three stars for cleanliness as dishes/silverware were dirty when we went to use and there were no dishwasher pods. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Charlevoix is lovely.

Gorgeous property
Right in the heart of downtown Charlevoix. Walk to everything, just steps from your door. This property is beautiful. Kids/teens have own private upstairs area. I cannot recommend enough.

We loved are accommodations, very clean, and would definitely stay again. Beautifully appointed with everything you might need, especially when your short getaway included 3 days of rain. Downtown with shopping and restaurants was within walking distance and the area is gorgeous.
