"Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. "Staff was very friendly and helpful. Supplied us with a few dishes/silverware when requested. Easy to walk to most sites, but lots of buses right outside, if needed. Nice to have cold, fresh lemon-water available in the lobby all day. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only issue was that the window shade didn't come down all the way so we put a blanket along the bottom of the window to block the street lights at night. Would definitely stay here again!"
