"It was my 2nd visiting at Kayausagi. Thus stay also was full of satisfaction! Hotspring, Food, Staff kindness, everything! They provide pick up&drop off service, ans it was very convenient to book transportation via Expedia message function in advance. "Enjoyed our luxurious stay. Everyone was so friendly and kind. The property and area are beautiful. We booked a room with a private bath to add to the luxury. Also a bit shy being westerners so got to enjoy a lot of baths without feeling uncomfortable. Food was good and presentation was gorgeous. Almost too much for us but that seems to be standard with kaiseki meals!"

"Spacious unit big enough for 4 adults. The private onsen was a fantastic feature. As the hotel is close to a highway some traffic noise gets into the room. "
