久しぶり満足できたお宿でした。 環境や部屋の作りや温泉も豊富で良かったです。料理も大変美味しかったです。 スタッフの教育も行き届き、不快感は全くなかったです。 また、季節が変わった時期に利用したいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

是目前我在日本住過最舒適幽靜的傳統溫泉旅館。 所有服務人員都非常友善。 温泉，溪流，森林都讓身心獲得充分的放鬆。 翌日，退房後，服務人員送我到車站後，還再次折返在列車還未進站時和站務人員確認我有沒有坐對方向的車，非常貼心！ 絕對會再次回訪！

다 좋았습니다. 체크 아웃 하기 직전까지는..100점 만점이었습니다. 그런데..주차장이 바로 앞도 아니고 계단까지 있는데..손님이 직접 짐을 들고 가게 만들더군요. 10년 넘게 일본 여행 때마다 료칸만 스무 군데도 더 가봤지만..이런 고급 료칸 중에 손님이 직접 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르게 만드는 곳은 단 한 군데도 없었습니다. 다른 건 다 만점 짜리 서비스였는데..이 점 만큼은 반드시 개선해야 할 치명적인 오점이 아닌가 싶습니다. 물론 지극히 개인적인 생각입니다. 손님 중엔 별 일 아니라고 생각하는 분들도 계실 테니까요..하지만 저처럼 힘없는 60대 이상 분들은 참고하시는 게 좋을 것 같아서 후기에 남깁니다.
