I’m not sure we’re to begin with this hotel. Firstly, I must say the staff are very hospitable and professional. The hotel chain takes great pride in developing great customer service and ensuring quality food is served. However, when arriving to the hotel I was in shock that the photos posted were not the true photos of the hotel. Upon walking into the room I felt as though the room hadn’t been updated since the early 1990’s. The furniture was very old, the carpet was extremely old. I then requested more information on why the room that posted online didn’t match what I was given. I was then informed that the room posted online is only a model room which consist of one room. The room was booked with a guest, meanwhile I would be moved to the room in the morning. The morning came and I was told the room was booked until Friday. Interesting enough the guest relations director came to me to apologize for the inconvenience and offered us an upgraded room, dinner, and beverages. The upgraded room was very old and the air didn’t work. We then requested a mobile air unit. The final day my husband was locked in the room due to a door jam. The maintaince had to break the door to get him out. We then was moved to another room. The final night we experienced coming back and our door being wide open and unlocked. We were told it was a mistake by housekeeping.
