My partner and I recently spent 10 days in and out of Hanoi, using The Hanoi Indochine Hotel as our base while exploring places like Sapa and Halong Bay. From the moment I booked, the team at the hotel was in constant communication, answering questions and helping us plan our trip seamlessly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself is in a perfect central location—right in the heart of everything—and is absolutely spotless. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after hot days exploring the city, and breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The cheerful staff at breakfast truly helped start each day on a positive note. This hotel is an absolute gem. We couldn’t fault a single thing—everything was on point. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Hanoi! "

"Le personnel était d'une gentillesse incroyable ! Très serviable et parle très bien anglais. La chambre etait spacieuse et le lit incroyablement confortable. C'etait très calme par ailleurs. Le petit dejeuner était bon. Très bien placé pour visiter Hanoï. Je recommande également le restaurant de l'hôtel les repas etaient succulents. Bref un très bon choix"
