Staff can speak English well, very friendly ,always prepare to provide services and helps. Room is clean, traditional style. Shower doesn't have curtain ( in one room). Hotel location is very good, 5 min walk to lake. Breakfast is delicious, has various of choices.

La Nueva Boutique Hotel Ha Noi
Bien localisé dans le quartier français. Chambre propre avec une petite fenêtre mais sans vue. On entend un peu le bruit des voisins. Bien pour un court séjour. Seul les grandes chambres ont une vue dégagée. Personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Couldn't fault the hotel in any way, spotlessly clean everywhere, great position in Hanoi to see the sights, lovely breakfast with choices from eggs, omelettes, sausage meat and lots of Vietnamese choices - all the staff we met were so polite and helpful - great laundry service too

May De Ville Lakeside Hotel
The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, all the seating was stained, lighting is very dim, and the street is extremely noisy- no sound insulation from old quarter. you can hear conversations clearly all thru the night. i would never recommend staying here. i had to leave after the first night ...
