"Front desk staffs not very welcoming, no one greeted us or smiled at check in. Front hotel lobby smelled highly strong of smoke and weed. No basic amenities such as lotion. Our room door looked like a previous guest had a fight and kicked the door out (made us feel not safe). Hot water was NOT HOT AT ALL. We had to turn on the hot water for about 15 mins to get hot water. Bed was a HARD BED, not soft. Hotel room was trash(looked at stairs, no view)."

"The room we booked with 1 king bed and 1 double was not available, so we had to take 2 double beds, which did not really suit our needs. Other than that, everything was as described and the location was good - close to shopping and dining, not difficult to get to. The only drawback is expensive parking. I recommend using a parking app instead of the lot across the street."
