"We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees. I had to source 2 radiators myself, which a kind neighbour lent us. I would like a refund for our inconvenience "
"Great internet, nice room. Stayed here with my parents and son before visiting Legoland. Staff and breakfast really good. Loads of nice touches like free juice for kids, table football and an all round good atmosphere."

"Everything was perfect. The staff are absolutely fantastic! Super friendly and social. They made my daughter’s birthday extra special with balloons, treats, birthday card and a hand written message on the mirror. It was just perfect. A big thank you to Alex for organising it all and to the 2 ladies at the front desk who were super lovely. Customer service was excellent! "

"I have stayed in countless hotels over the years but The Sir Christopher Wren has to be one of the best . The location was perfect, all of the staff were friendly and helpful and the food both at breakfast and for evening meals was top quality. I can`t find a single thing I wasn`t happy with.

"By far the best hosts i have ever come across. We had an amazing time. The location is perfect. We had fantastic weather, the hot tub was great, used the bbq, sat by the thames. The accommodation is far enough away you have your own space but close enough to Windsor to do all the things you want to. Train station is an 8 min walk and ubers are cheap. What reqlly makes this place special is the quirkiness we kept finding new things we hadnt noticed on the walls etc and the house has life and soul in it. We already want to return in the future."
