Shinjuku Granbell Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very nice and comfy. The staff is really sweet and talk in english."
"We stayed here for 10 nights for our first trip ever to Japan and we LOVED this hotel. The staff were all extremely polite and kind, and made us feel very welcomed. The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s close by to both Shinjuku station and Shin-Okubo station, and is right beside Kabukicho so it is always lively at night. Although the area itself is more loud, the hotel room itself was quiet and comfy and the street it is located on is not extremely busy compared to the main centre a 5 minute walk away. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room itself was very cozy. There are vending machines and microwaves throughout the floors of the hotel and a laundry room as well which is super appreciated. The closest 7/11 is also a 30 second walk from the hotel which is very convenient. I have no complaints, we loved this hotel and would definitely come back again on our next trip to Japan!"
"Staff was very helpful and pleasant. The room is small. It was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. You are right over the nightlife of Shinjuku but it I never heard any noise. Close to train station and lots of shopping and food. "
