"An absolutely idyllic cottage in a quiet village, with plenty to do nearby. The photos don’t quite do justice to how lovely the house itself is, nor the garden. We had a wonderful stay, with absolutely everything we could have needed. Chris was a wonderful host, immediately on hand for any queries. We couldn’t have asked for more. The village is small and peaceful, with a well-stocked small shop and a lovely coffee shop. Anything bigger that’s needed is only 10 minutes away in Tenterden, as are both Gusbourne and Chapel Down."

"Orchard Barn ist eine gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft für 2 Erwachsene. Bei gutem Wetter sitzt man draußen mit schönem Blick auf einen kleinen Obstgarten. Hilfreich wäre noch ein Sonnenschirm. Die Ausstattung der Barn ist prima, allerdings könnten in der Küche ein paar Tassen und Teller mehr von Vorteil sein. Ein großes Lob gebührt den Vermietern, Sally und Robin! Lieben Dank für die Freundlichkeit, Hilfe und Unterstützung in unserem Fall, und nicht zuletzt für die Köstlichkeiten im Kühlschrank bei der Ankunft! Gisela und Ulli"

"We enjoyed our stay at ‘The Old Pigsty’ very much. It was very clean, it had everything we needed. The coffee shop out the front of the property was excellent, great coffee and a lovely village."

"The sunsets directly in front of the cabins were stunning, with the landscape constantly changing throughout the evening. There was a wonderful sense of calm as the world slowly darkened and it was time to settle in for the night. The children loved being outdoors, relaxing, exploring nature and playing freely. Feeding the lambs was an added treat and a lovely seasonal experience. The location is perfect for enjoying the countryside, with beautiful walks on the doorstep, BBQs over open wood fires, and the beach less than ten minutes away for scenic coastal strolls. The huts petit yet perfectly formed, with thoughtful touches and attention to detail that made the stay feel comfortable and unique. We left feeling refreshed and would happily return."

"A group of 8 friends had the best time catching up during our stay at Nare’s House. Such a lovely house and furnished to a high standard and with everything one would need for a relaxing stay. Very close to some amazing sites too. During our stay we enjoyed the independent shops and food offers and both Folkestone and Sandgate and enjoyed lovely walks at St. Mary’s Bay, Dungeness and a sneak peak of Derek Jarman’s cottage. So much to see and do but also a beautiful house to just enjoy if that’s your thing too."
