"They gave us a room that had recently had the carpet cleaned and it smelled quite strongly of industrial cleaner. They graciously gave us another room but we had started to unpack a little and had to pack up again. The room we ended up in was fine."

"Limited parking. Very Limited tasteless breakfast. This place seen better days. Would avoid. Management was absolutely no help. Leaking hottub in the room but wasn't fixed or addressed. Children unattended in the hot tub in the pool area. I left at 4am, the leaking hottub made it hard to sleep. I Had to wake up the front desk lady In the back to check me out. Definitely not worth the price. I wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy."

"Very clean. Friendly staff. Valet parking was excellent!! GREAT location!!!! Only 2 minor complaints. 1) The outside trash cans went almost 24 hours without being emptied. They overflowed with trash. 2) We stayed for 5 nights (Friday night through Tuesday night) and our room did not get cleaned once. We even called the front desk early on Monday morning to request that it be cleaned. We left for the day and when we got back late afternoon it still hadn’t been cleaned. We had to ask for new towels to be brought to us and that someone empty our trash cans."

"Righ when I entered this place it immediately looked really dirty. There were a suspicious people around the premises making me and my daughter feel unsafe. The receptionist gave us one room that was super dirty, there were toes nails on the carpet and the blanket smelled so bad and had stains, I couldn’t stay in this room because I couldn’t breathe as the smell was so discussing so I went back with the receptionist. He give me other room which was worse than the first one as it look like someone was there bc there were dirty towels in the bathroom and a box of pizza and beer in the room , so again I went back with the receptionist and he gave other room this was was a little better , but not great. I will never stay again at this hotels I never had this experience before so disgusting!"

"I stopped in Toledo on a work trip and it is one of the best hotel experiences I have had. The entire premises were clean from the lobby, the hallways, elevators and most importantly, the rooms. The customer service was above and beyond and I specifically want to thank Cortez for a wonderful stay! He was so kind, hospitable and full of information when checking in. This wonderful experience will make me choose a Delta property for my future travel plans."
