8/10 Good
"I asked the girl at check-in for a first-floor room with 2 double beds. I am handicapped in a wheelchair, and she got us exactly what we wanted. Very clean room. Only one light in the room, so kind of on the dim side. The bed was too soft for me. The location was located to all kinds of stores and restaurants. They accept dogs for a small fee, which was great for us and our beloved Harleyquinn. Breakfast was supposed to be between 7 a.m.- 10 a.m., but at 7:15 am when I went to check out, the lobby was not open yet. I believe the worst thing is the parking. I do believe there is more in the back, but the front was pretty packed. I had to wait a few minutes for a truck to move so I could park in front of my room. Would stay here again, especially the price of the room."

10/10 Excellent
"I had a great experience. It is classic Vermont. This giant (friendly) dog met me behind front desk. The desk clerk was a pretty rustic character. He had been on duty 48 hours, but he was so friendly and helpful. The poor guy was asleep in the desk chair when I went to check out but he was all about service when I woke him up. I slept better than I do at home. Price was right and I would stay there again."

When is the best time for a budget trip to Hampton?
Weather is probably a major factor when you plan your trip to Hampton, but bear in mind that cheaper options are usually available when the weather isn't as good. The hottest months are usually July and August, with an average temperature of 19°C, while the coldest months are January and February, with an average of -4°C. The snowiest months in Hampton are January, March, November and December, with each month seeing an average of 33 cm of snowfall.
What is there to see and do in Hampton?

How can I get to Hampton and get around on a budget?
Looking at these ways to get around Hampton is a smart way to keep your trip affordable. The nearest airport is 17.2 mi (27.8 km) away from the centre in Rutland, VT (RUT-Rutland Southern Vermont Regional). If that doesn't suit your budget, you can book a flight to Glens Falls, NY (GFL-Floyd Bennett Memorial), located 21.4 mi (34.4 km) away. Hampton might not have very many public transport options so a car rental could be a reasonable alternative to see more of the area.
