"Little Glen Brook worked perfectly for us! We had a couple of nights here in the quiet village of North Gorley. The Royal Oak is a great pub and is an easy walk along a very quiet lane. The accommodation itself was clean and perfect for two people. Great to have a walk in shower and we enjoyed being able to sit out in the courtyard garden in the evening.Communication was excellent with Linley and directions for checking in were very clear.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and to stay here...

"This may be the best VRBO our family has stayed at! It has such a fun unique history as a police station and the kids loved the well-appointed game room (in an old jail cell!) and things to do outside in the back. The gym was a nice bonus and off-street parking in the back was a lifesaver. Everything inside was very nice, clean and had everything we needed. This location is a fantastic spot for exploring - You can easily walk to lots of fun shops (lego store is a must), restaurants (Raj of India...

Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa

10/10 Excellent

"Nice and clean room , very helpful and welcoming reception staff."

The Crown Manor House Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"It’s the second time I’ve stayed at the Crown. Lyndhurst is my home town so staying at this hotel brings back many memories from my childhood. The staff are really attentive. We had a fabulous breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable but looking a little tired but I’m assuming this is because it’s end of season and will have a touch of paint during the winter downtime. I will stay again next time as love the character of the hotel ❤️"

Meon Valley Hotel, Spa & Golf

8/10 Good

"Very welcoming and friendly. We arrived after midnight and left very early the next day so didn’t have much experience of the facilities but the receptionist was very helpful, The only negative was that the central heating came on at 5 and the radiators needed bleeding so it sounded like someone was running a bath, Not an issue to us as we were leaving early and we did point it out so that they could put right for next guests. The hotel looked lovely though and we were sorry not to be able to take advantage of more of the facilities."

Holiday Inn Express Southampton M27 Jct7 by IHG

8/10 Good

"The hotel is a good base for one night. We've used it many times. We rarely have dinner but we did this time and it wasn't very good, to be honest. The food wasn't very hot and they were very short-staffed so the waiting time was quite long. However when a member of staff asked us later on how the meal was, I just mentioned that it was so-so. She immediately offered the 4 of us a free dessert each which was quite unexpected. She must have been a supervisor to be able to authorise this. Well done!"

Village Hotel Farnborough

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Blue. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere was lovely, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and the hotel provided a pleasant and comfortable experience throughout our visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again!"
