"Quite the pleasant surprise staying at this property for the first time. Outstanding value for the Swansboro/Emerald Isle area. We've owned property in this area for many years and while we don't now so glad we found this place as a base to explore and do our favorite things."

"I had a great stay with Galen. The property was clean and quiet and Galen was a fantastic host, congenial and always available. This property is fantastic for kayakers, fishermen and nature lovers. Bear Island is a 30-45" paddle from the dock, and the fishing and the birding opportunities are literally right outside the door. I would not hesitate to revisit."

"We loved our time. Location was really nice. The ocean breeze from the balcony was dreamy. We would stay again. One thing we’d love to see updated was the carpet. It was stained. We appreciated the well stocked towels and toilet paper. Thank you hosts!"
