"I've been going to this hotel for years, and was worried that by de-franchising they might offer a diminished product. The truth is that the opposite happened. The staff was friendlier than ever, the hotel cleaner and better maintained, and the experience was lovely overall. Good location, easy to enjoy Swansboro or Emerald Isle from this centralized location."

"Nice quiet accommodation in the heart of the historic district of Swansboro. Easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and the town lives up to its slogan as the “friendliest town”, as multiple residents waved and spoke as we walked our dog. Host is great, very helpful if you need it, otherwise lets you enjoy, not annoy. Excellent instruction sheet about the area and stuff you need to know. Perfect size for a couple or family with 1 or 2 small kids."

"The community was absolutely beautiful. We spent the days in Emerald Isle at the beach but the best part of our trip was coming back to Swansboro. The Restraunts were excellent and the small community bars and people were fabulous. We would go back just for the town of Swansboro"
