Top notch, it wasn’t our first choice (because we are loyalty members at a chain nearby) but it definitely will be next time! Convenient location less than 3 miles from Emerald Isle. Easy check in with pleasant staff. Very clean all around, nice outdoor pool, workout room, dining area for the continental breakfast (good coffee btw). We had a good sized room with a jacuzzi, very comfortable mattress and even though our room faced the street, it was so quiet. Absolutely no complaints

Great stay overall. I chose this hotel because I could bring my dog. Rooms were clean, spacious,bed was super comfortable, the refrigerator in the room wasn’t very cold, but that wasn’t a big deal. Also, it was quiet, which is always a plus! Nice staff. I was slightly disappointed in the breakfast, it was just toast, bagels, yogurt, cereal, and when I went down to eat nothing had been restocked so I had to wait for plates and other food items. Not that big of a deal because we were checking out anyways. There is a Dunkin Donuts next door so you have that option as well. It was walking distance to a couple of bars, and not far from the beach at all. I would definitely stay there again!

The room was comfortable. The lobby and hallways were clean. The gentleman at the counter the night we checked in, and the lady the following evening, were both SUPER helpful and friendly. The lady at the counter during checkout was less than friendly and seemed very put off by having to speak with me. Other than that specific instance, it was a pleasant experience overall.

From Aurumn at the front desk assisting prior to our arrival to Ashley who exchanged our microwave for a working one at 1 AM!! to Riley who serviced our room, the attention to customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. We loved the spacious rooms & the shower was the best shower I've ever experienced in a hotel. My only critique is a lack of protein on the breakfast bar. I'm diabetic & unfortunately there were only high carbohydrate / sugary options available, so we skipped the complementary breakfast. The pool looked fantastic but the weather was not conducive for enjoying this amenity. Overall, this hotel is wonderful!

Hotel is ideally located 15 minutes to a public parking for beach access. The pool, interior public rooms, and exterior of the building were all clean. Hotel was very quiet as there weren’t many weekday guests. The entry door to the room was so badly hung that you could literally see through the cracks in the door to the hallway. We had to block the light coming through by stuffing towels in the cracks. The bathroom door also had an issue and would not fully close. The carpet powder was not fully vacuumed up and there was white dust everywhere in the room. The continental breakfast was terrible. The cranberry juice was watered down, the coffee weak, and my muffin moldy! I’m glad I noticed before taking a bite. Everything was thrown away and we went out for breakfast.

Took too long to check in and we were the only ones at the desk. After 1/2 hour wait, finally went to room on first floor facing main road. Brutal with noise from traffic and construction and always had to keep curtains closed for privacy. In the morning for continental breakfast, we had an early day out and most bins were already empty.
