Clean, modern and safe!

This accommodation was just what I needed. close to where I needed to go. Looked recently upgraded. Great basic amenities that allowed me to self cater my meals. Warm room and comfortable bed.

Awesome room and staff booked the room on short notice. Staff was very accommodating and obviously take pride in the hotel and keeping it clean. Would definitely book again

Very clean room and spacious.Welcoming hosts.very central to everything

Owner is very friendly and helpful. Good quality Motel

Just around the corner from Waikato stadium the position of the Bella Vista could be a rugby lover's dream! Friendly welcome, excellent accommodation. We had the luxury of 2 rooms, generous toiletries in the bathroom plus a well fitted-out kitchen area with everything we needed for mealtimes. The beds were large and very comfortable. Free parking and excellent Wi-Fi too. We had a 2 night stay and would have been happy to stay longer. Recommended.

Very clean and comfortable. Good bed and large bathroom.

Exactly as described. Perfect for a business traveller who just wants a clean room with a comfy bed. Hotel is old and tired but spotlessly clean and beds are comfortable. You have to pick the key up from another motel and there is no one onsite but once you got past that it was as expected and great value for money.

Room was excellent and clean. The lawns and yard between the road and front accommodation building could do with a tidy up.

Very Nice place to stay

I found the staff very friendly and will to help with anything. My room was very comfortable and I enjoyed the lazy boys

Very spacious. The bathroom could use a bit of tlc. The bath has a rust stain in it. The carpet in lounge had stains on and is looking tired, the toaster in kitchen had rust on the top of it.

Spacious, clean, comfortable motel with all the services we required. It had a full kitchen, separate bedroom, air-con, wifi and was clean a s a whistle. The price we paid was great value for money. Road noise was not an issue. It is not a plush top end motel but was very acceptable with more space than any new motel I have seen.

I really did enjoy my stay, the staff is so lovely, they make sure youre ok, the room is beautiful. Would definitely come again.

No complaints, lovely staff, we will be back. Tauke!!
