The hotel itself is excellent. Good for transport links and central location to see sights. Quite a poor area with many drug addicts but didn’t feel unsafe.

The room was spacious, & hotel is close to the central station. I found the staff a little rude, as I wasnt informed that the hotel has a strict check out at 11am morning. Unfortunately one of my meetings ran till 11 & I was asked to leave the room asap

Nice hotel, bad location.
The area around the Hotel is terrible and not safe for tourists, watch out. The breakfast was turkish and fresh but not in our taste but i think its good if you are in to that kind of food. The room was nice and clean, Easy parking in garage under the hotel.

Staff were friendly and the hotel had easy access to the main station. My only downside was the lack of choice for restaurants and bars near by. But it was easy enough to use the subway to get to them.

A bit disappointed. Nice building, nice room but the location wasnt what we'd hoped for. Also on the listing it stated that the room has satellite tv and pay per view movies. It had neither. Bit of false advertising.

Clean modern hotel. Very comfortable. Short walk to Hamburg main station. Area a little unsafe with prostitution and sex shop less than 200m from the hotel. Would stay there again

Great Location
Very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Staff very nice. Located 5 minutes walk away from the main train station where you can access Hamburg via the U Bahn or S Bahn. Would stay here again.

Great hotel, refurbished, lovely staff & location!
Wonderful hotel, in the best spot in Hamburg! New and refurbished. Would definetly recommend. The parking garage was nice and the price for it per night was very acceptable.

The staff were extremely polite helpful really nice touch the available drinks and croissants and fruit. Thank you we had a real nice stay and thank you to all the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

Awesome hotel, bad side of town
I stayed here for 2 nights. Don’t get me wrong. The hotel was great. But it isn’t on the greatest side of town. I was hungry around 10 pm and I walked to the nearest store and I witnessed the Cops arresting some guy who was yelling. Bottom line: awesome hotel, bad side of town.

Very clean and new hotel. Free fruit and croissants at reception and free beer and water in the room. All this for a very reasonable rate.The hotel is a short walk from Hamburg Sud. A great hotel for a short city visit - located in the centre of city and short S-Bahn ride from the Airport.

A very hard bed! But otherwise the room was fine. When one of our party was still in bed, there was a knock at the door offering room service, after several responses indicating he didn’t need it , the staff member came into the room , whilst they were still in bed telling him he needed to show some respect!

More than just the central location!
Location is perfect, particularly as it has safe parking as well, but I was very pleasantly surprised by how attractive the room was. The staff helped me out several times with queries which also added to the very positive impression. Will be back for certain!

Didn't like the breakfast very much, too creamy (Turkish salads?). But you don't have to pay if you don't take it, so that's fine. Otherwise excellent.

Great for travelling with animals.
A Good Hotel. Clean and comfortable woth very frielndy and helpful staff. Dog friendly for any size dog at 10€ a night add. Fee which is decent. The "kitchenette" that was supposed to be in the room was just a fridge, a coffeemaker and a sink. No possibility to cook and no cutlery apart from the coffee spoons. The hotel is just a few minuties walk from the train station but the area is a bit dodgy but still just 5 min walk to the nicer streets.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is decorated with modern and delicate picture. The hotel is also 7mins away from the Hauptbahnhof, so literally we can go anywhere, from the city centre to the airport.
