"Die Lage ist super schön, direkt an der Alster und sehr zentral. Das Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Innenhof mit Säulen und alles in weiß gehalten. Die Zimmer sind schon in die Jahre gekommen, werden aber ab 2026 renoviert. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr wuselig und überfüllt, die Atmosphäre ist nicht so gut. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Was mich sehr enttäuscht hat, ist der schlechte Service beim Frühstück. Obwohl ich beim Einchecken auf meinen Geburtstag...

"I went to conference and the hotel was close by. It’s located near everything central in Hamburg. The valet service is comprehensive and front of house staff are very attentive in regards to taking care of taxis and welcoming you to the hotel. Check in staff are all friendly and fun. The rooms are very European and basic styling but they are generously proportioned and well cleaned. In fact, the cleanliness was very high. This is a good hotel, it won’t disappoint. "
