I have been staying at the hotel a couple of times. And it seems it always has problems with the heating. The room was cold and it couldn’t get more than 20-21 degrees. Depending on were you room is can it be a bit noisy, I did stay close to the entrance this time. The spar and swimming pool is fantastic.

Too many kids in the spa area. The room was not clean, I doubt they used a vacuum cleaner. Usually it is better than this time.

Das gesamte Paket entspricht leider nicht dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nur die Lage ist wirklich gut. Eine Massage zu bekommen von jemandem, der gerade noch seine Zigarette zu Ende geraucht hat und dessen Hände danach riechen, geht gar nicht. Das sollte man wirklich anzeigen. Die Aufgüsse in der Sauna dagegen sind eine 10/10 – absolut top!

Enttäuschend für diese Preisklasse. Die Zufahrt ist wegen einer Baustelle extrem schlecht ausgeschildert – keine klaren Hinweise vom Hotel. An der Rezeption lange Wartezeiten, weil das Personal offenbar Hotel, Spa und Fitness parallel betreut und damit überfordert wirkt. Mein TV funktionierte nicht; da der Aufzug defekt war, musste ich zweimal zur Rezeption laufen. Erst nach über einer Stunde kam jemand mit aufs Zimmer und hat geholfen. Insgesamt sehr zeitintensiv und für ein Haus dieser Kategorie unzumutbar.

Hallo! Tatsächlich war ich aufgrund einiger negativer Rezensionen sehr skeptisch. Aber bereits während der mehrstündigen Zugfahrt schickte mir eine Mitarbeiterin für die Buchung einer Massage die Zimmernummer ( funktionierte zwar technisch nicht ). Check-in selbsterklärend und bis 23 Uhr das wunderbare Schwimmbecken geöffnet, welches auch bei viel Besuch immer eine Bahn bietet- auch Samstag Nachmittag. Die Kinder haben da nicht gestört. Die Saunalandschaft bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas! Gegenüber kann man auch herrlich in einem niedlichen Cafe frühstücken und zum Hauptbahnhof sind es bei schönem Wetter ca. 35 Minuten zu Fuß. Das keine Steckdose am Bett ist sorgt für Detox und das Zimmer war so schön ruhig. Nur das Bett hat geknarzt ;)) . Es gab zur Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser und sonst immer zwei Teesorten. Im Bad sogar Fußbodenheizung. Zum Abschied war sogar die Reinigungsfrau freundlich! Ich komme gern wieder.

Einfach nur ein wirklich tolles Hotel mit Fitnessbereich, Schwimmbad und Sauna! Die Liegewiese draußen war auch einfach klasse zum Entspannen! Tolle Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück! Umgebung, nah am Wasser, sehr gepflegt! 5 Sterne!

Dejligt hotel med opvarmede pools, men…

Dejlige hotelværelser og stille hotel. Dejligt opvarmet pool både inde og ude. De 2 eneste negative ting er at hotellet ikke holder opsyn med solstole ved udendørs pool, så folk blokerer dem selvom de ikke bruger dem, hvilket er MEGA irriterende. Desuden bør de angive i hotelbeskrivelsen at spaområderne er “tekstilfri”. Det trækker ned i værdien, når man ikke ønsker at smide tøjet.
