"The room was amazing, big space, beautiful view and the anti-fog on the mirror of the restroom was super cool perk. The staff, always super nice and helpful, for example on the first day i got there we ended up accidentally leaving a jacket at our bus that had just driven off and when the staff in the front read our body language she understood and immediately started running after the bus which was outstanding of her, shout out to their whole staff. 🙌"

"京成成田駅そばで、静かですが便利な立地にあります。アメニティが多く、個人的にはフェイスマスクのご用意が嬉しかったです。子供用のアメニティやパジャマもご用意いただきました。 到着前にオンラインで注文した商品や、別ホテルから送付したスーツケースなど受け取っていただき、助かりました。 一階のイタリアンレストランでルームサービスを注文できます。夜美味しいピザとカレーをいただきました。 清掃希望はテレビ上で選択するようでしたが、テレビのリモコンの効きが悪く、フロントで通常清掃を依頼しました。が、翌日9時半にノックあり、おそらくエコ清掃と勘違いされ、清掃係にタオルを渡されました。通常清掃を希望していると伝え、希望通り清掃してもらいました。 成田空港行きのシャトルバスはチェックイン時に依頼できました。30分以内で到着できました。 建物内に洗濯機がありますが、コインランドリーのレベルの仕様ではないので、少量の利用がメインです。 以上特に不満なく利用でき、快適なステイになりました。ありがとうございました。"

"Friendly staff. Room was huge with a good view. Shuttle to Disney was a plus. Walking distance to train station. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Westerm Food. Family Mart in the hotel."
