"・宿の設備など ２００年の歴史ある宿で、和風の雰囲気を味わえることを期待した。 おおむね期待通りの雰囲気の宿だった。 趣のあるお堂や庭があるので、夜間にライトアップするともっと良くなると思った。 ・課題 今回はエクスペリアで予約したが、そもそも石屋に連絡が行っていなかった。 IT系が苦手なのかもしれないが、金沢市を含めインバウンドや観光に力を入れる以上言い訳にはならない。 若いスタッフがいなくても宿泊客との接点を予約サイトに任せて、十分な確認が取れない体制になっているのは問題といえる。 ITに振り回されるのではなく、宿がITを利用しているという意識をもって取り組んでいただきたい。 "

"I love the Tanbo no Yu! I can tell that its being fixed up more everytime I come here! This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! "This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!"

"Our stay at Ryokan Karasawa was lovely! The space was clean and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. The guide to the local buses and food was invaluable. The building does show its age a bit, but at such a great price and location it's impossible to complain. The futons were REALLY comfy here, too. I'd definitely stay again!"
