Very close to HAPPO-ONE ski lifts; bus stations close by for other hills in the area. Great accommodations, friendly staff, and breakfast buffet was exactly what’s needed for a pre ski meal.

Family snow trip
Great family snow hotel in Hakuba. The staff could not be nicer and more helpful. Rooms were comfortable and soaking in the Onsen after a day skiing was a great plus. Nice breakfast in the morning. They arranged a 7 qm shuttle from the hotel for us when a taxi was not available. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended.

Safe in room was charged 100y every time you used it. Charged 2000y for short lift to the train station when other accommodation we stayed at, it was al part service Even though it was warm & comfortable & close to the ski lifts

Thank you for staying with us.There is a free safe in front of the reception.I asked for a driver to take you to the station early in the morning because I couldn't get a taxi.You understand that there is a cost involved.was i wrong?

Good staff but so-so overall.
The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was small and the heating was not good. The head side of the bed was directly under the window and cold air came to my face. The in-house spa was very good. The dinner was mediocre.

Clean and tidy hotel in Hakuba. Good breakfast included. As with most accomodation in Hakuba, expect tiny rooms and tiny bathrooms, as well as being quite dated. However only a 5 minute walk to the Nakiyama lift and a 10 minute walk to the Gondola this hotel is a good deal and won’t disappoint

The service, especially from Aki, was wonderful, although I was surprised that the room was only made every two days. I was also disappointed on the last day that they wouldn’t take us to the train station (as it says in the hotel terms) before 8am, whilst we had a 7.46am train to catch. Whilst a taxi was booked (at a cost to us), it didn’t turn up until the train was about to depart, so we had to get a bus at a cost of $90 which I was disappointed with.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I really like the Japanese feel to the hotel. The location is great, breakfast is great & the staff are very helpful & friendly. Happy hour is a great way to mingle & enjoy some of the local culture by engaging in their daily activities. The Ski facilities are great - lockers, boot warmers & washing machines.

I will go back again
The hotel is a little old but everything else was good. The room is spacious, however the bed is little on the hard side (not very comfortable for too long stay) and resturant breakfast & dinner was so good! Tried their wagyu sukiyaki on one of the night and was blown away

白馬八方バスターミナルに着いてお電話したら、にすぐ車で迎えに来ていただき助かりました。オーナーの奥さんは外国人慣れしていてとてもフレンドリーに感じました。スキーヤーに適したホテルです。ホテルのレストランが早く閉まるのが残念です。朝食バイキングは健康的にバラエティーがあって美味しかったです。白馬を楽しむには理想的なロケーションだと思いました。

帰りが追加料金はわかりますが、お風呂が15:00からは残念。また、部屋に入って荷物置いて着替えて出て行くだけですが、アーリーチェックイン代がいるのは、ちょっと残念。そこはサービス頂けたら、かなりポイントアップです。

部屋が寒すぎて大変な思いをした。 チェックイン前に部屋を暖めておくなど対策が必要。暖房入れても効きが悪く＆遅く、入室後3時間スキーウエアを着たまま脱ぐことができなかった。フロントに問い合わせると部屋が広いので暖房で暖まるまでに時間がかかるとのこと。暖房をつけると乾燥が酷い。加湿器が必要。

とても家庭的な宿
バス停に迎えに来て頂いた際に、挨拶とか歓迎のコメント無く宿選びを失敗したかと思いましたが、宿に着いたら、とても家庭的に迎えてもらい、スキーレンタルも使用しない日は払わなくても良いという、とても良心的な対応で、お正月の餅つきなども、とても楽しめたので良かったです！機会があれば、また泊まりに行きたいと思います。

余り期待していませんでした。が、食事(美味しい、ボリューム有り、又朝食時のコロナ対策はびっくり。)及び温泉(露天風呂あり)がよかった。室内は清潔ですが、設備等は、普通です。

我的房間應該是屬於新翼的 我朋友的房間有點不一樣 但也算整潔 空間也很足夠 6個人待在一個房間聊天也不迫 室外溫泉景色很好 酒店有安排接送到Happo bus station 或 train station.

ゲレンデに至近距離，フロント対応がいいです。
ゲレンデまで歩いて2分の至近距離です。アフタースキーも徒歩圏内にいろいろなお店があります。 外国の方の利用も多かったのですが，英語も堪能なスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれます。
