全般的に大満足

全般的に大満足 気になる点を挙げると ①キッチン水栓からの給湯温度が安定しなかった ②2階お風呂のシャワーヘッドは交換したほうがよいかも ③足湯、（外気温が）寒すぎでできなかったのが残念。ただ比較的交通量の多い道路側なので、落ち着けないかも、、 ④駐車場が狭い、ヴォクシークラスだと切り返すのにギリギリ ⑤パジャマだあるともっとよいかも（セパレートタイプを希望！） 色々注文を付けてしまったが、全般的には大満足でした。 小型犬２匹と高齢者3名含む計7名で宿泊 チェックイン～アウトまで時間いっぱい、満喫しました。 床暖は快適、お風呂も源泉かけ流しとのことで、とてもあったまりました。 楽天ステイには別の場所でも宿泊したことがあるので、安心して選ぶことができました。 また利用させていただきます。 お世話になりました。

とても清潔で過ごしやすく、かけ流しのお風呂も最高でした。足湯まであって、ゆっくりできました。 ただ2点だけ。 犬と泊まったのですが、2階の柵にまあまあの隙間があり、小型犬は落ちる可能性があります。 泊まった棟の駐車場が激せまで、止めるのに苦労しました。他の棟の駐車場は広かったので残念です。

室内はリビング、寝室、お風呂と文句なく快適で素敵でした。 庭が草がぼーぼーで、もう少しサッパリしていたら、子供や犬が遊べたなと思いました。 ８人で利用の為、諸事情で2台で行った為、駐車場が一台しか使えないから近くのコインパーにとめろと言われました。チェックインの際、リモートで再度聞いたところ、すぐ近くの敷地内に止めさせていただき、助かりましたが、大人数で利用可能な施設なので、はじめから二台分利用可能にしていただけたら、もっと利用しやすいかと思いました。

台風の影響によりかなりの降雨があり、テラスの足湯、外での食事ができなかった事が残念。 せめて足湯スペースには屋根があったり、雨でも使用できるようになっているといいなと思った。 あと、S105使用でしたが、駐車場が近いのは良かったがスペースがかなり狭く駐車、荷物の積み下ろしはかなり大変。 特に良かった所は、やはりお風呂。 シャワールームも別にあり、大人数でも利用しやすい。

庭の草が生え放題でHPの写真とは大違い。バーベキュー用と思われるテーブルと椅子には汚らしいカバーが半分めくれた状態でかかっていた。犬用のクッションは他の犬の毛がたくさんついていて汚らしく、中身も半分潰れた状態。部屋までの階段に手すりがついていないので年配者や足の悪い者には大変不自由。洗面所にハンドソープの他に石けんが欲しい。コーヒーの他に日本茶や紅茶のぱっくがあるといい。寝具は快適ですごく良かった。

RAKUTEN VACATIONはPET OWNERの旅行オプションとして重宝しています。前回は河口湖駅前を利用してよい印象を持ったので、今回はこちらを試しました。今回の期待していた点は、浴室にある温泉と庭の足湯。いつ何時に入っても快適な温度だった点は極めて満足。当日は雨がシトシト滴る肌寒い日だったのでこれは良かったです。現地に滞在して初めてわかった事。駐車場がややタイトである事。交通量の多い坂道に位置する入り口から、部屋番号指定のスペースに駐車するのは複数回の切り返しを求められます。路面が土で雨降りの日だったので舗装してくれていると有り難いと思います。ですが、全体的には満足です。今後も利用すると思います。

今回初めて利用しました

今回初めて利用しました。 まず、部屋のドアを開けて直ぐに焼き肉の匂いが凄くして空気清浄機が稼働しているのにこんなに臭いのか？と 思いました。備え付けの消臭剤を室内全体に撒きましたがなかなか匂いは消えませんでした。結局は自分たちもホットプレートで焼き肉をするので気にするのはやめようと諦めました。でも私たちが食べ終わっても来た時のようなひどい匂いは残りませんでした。 私たちは家族４人でみんな大人なのでペットも一緒で楽しく過ごせました。 ２階にある温泉はとてもお湯が良くてみんなが何回も入りました。 設備はきれいで使いやすかったです。 足湯は雨で使えませんでした。 ぜひお願いしたいのが足湯が雨でも使えるように屋根を付けて欲しいという事と焼き肉を部屋でするときにエアコンを消してもらいテーブルクロスのような敷物を用意して使うように決めて欲しいです。 匂いと足湯が残念な以外はとても良かったのでまた利用したいと思います。

犬を連れて家族4人で滞在しました

犬を連れて家族4人で滞在しました。お部屋はとても清潔感があり、プロジェクターやプラネタリウムなども楽しめました。新しくお洒落なおうちに遊びに来たようで、すごくよかったです。 部屋から直結の庭にはちょっとしたブランコやスラックラインのような物がありました。今回は冬でとても寒かったのであまり活用しなかったですが、夏には庭でビールを飲んだりと楽しそう。犬がすぐに外に出られるのも良かったです。足湯はぬるかったのでほとんどは入りませんでした。備え付けの温泉浴室がすごく気持ちよかったです。 パスワードとタブレットを使用したチェックインもスムーズでした。 駐車場が狭く停めづらいので、運転に自信のない方はお気をつけください。 全体的にとても満足でき、また利用したいと思いました。

1泊2日で利用、以下感想です。 （気になった点） ・入室時、1階窓が1つだけ施錠されておらずセキュリティーが心配になった。 ・ハウスマニュアル最初ページのアトモフが何か分からず、問い合わせても不明（デジタル窓？南館には無いのかも。ならばマニュアルに載せなくていいのでは？） ・手すり下のアクリル板が全て（拭き跡？）汚れていた。 ・「温泉掛け流しなので栓を抜かないで」とのことだが理由不明だった。加温加水の記載があり水質も温泉っぽさはなく、温水掛け流しの意味かも？と思った。 ・掘りごたつテーブル下が寒かった。 ・ペット用ボウルが小型犬には大き過ぎ、台も高すぎた。 ・キッチン床下収納がよく歩く位置の為ギシギシ音あり。 ・ヨギボーに残置のペットの毛を取りたかったがコロコロ粘着シート無し。 ・雨の日で敷地内駐車場は土→足元が泥だらけ。 （良かった点） ・リビングが床暖で、素足でも快適！最高だった。 ・暖炉風オブジェが良い雰囲気で、水蒸気も出ていて加湿器代わりになった。 ・スクエア型ヨギボーをわんこがすっかり気に入り、夜も爆睡していた。 ・吹き抜けの解放感の中、ゆったり過ごせて良かったです！

チェックインが15時、チェックアウトが10時なので、可能滞在時間を長くしてほしい。足湯が温泉でないのが残念なところ。

BBQ用で炭等持っていったら、BBQセットは電気でした

BBQ用で炭等持っていったら、BBQセットは電気でした。炭は要らなかったです。 この季節のBBQは寒かったです。薄めのダウンコートを持っていくべきでした。 施設は非常に良かったので子供が大喜びでした。これからもRakuten Stayで家族旅行をたのしみたいです。
