"We stayed in a villa - it was lovely but the open air bath was smaller than it looked in the picture. We were a family of 4, and hoping to all be in it together but it was sized to hold 2 people comfortably at a time."

"Breakfast was delicious!!! Staff made phone calls to make pick up / bus arrangements Views from the onsen or public spa (sauna or natural pools) are insane, loved the experience. It is far away from the city part but there is shuttle to pick you up from MT Fuji bus stop to the hotel (just need a phone call) Taxis are rip off there, be mindful"

"Our first stay in a Rakuten property and it won’t be our last. Loved the room, which was more an apartment really. Every thing we would or could need was provided though I wasn’t expecting a telescope to see the stars! Check in was digital and very easy. Welcome pack was unexpected and very good - especially the red wine. Loved the private onsen and balcony foot spa. There was also a sauna but we didn’t use that. 10/10. "

"Clean well maintained property. Despite right next to train station, the room is very quiet due to double pane window. Nice laundromat which you can monitor the availability and progress with TV in your room. "
