"We rented this house because of its location, only 2 miles into Gunnison. It also has a pond which was lovely. There were geese and ducks plus they have four goats and chickens. Our daughter and her three daughters were able to spend a couple nights with us. They loved it! They got to pet the goats, see the chickens up close so saw where the eggs were laid. "This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again."
