Crystal Shores West 1308 is a three-bedroom, three-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the west corner of the 13th floor. Enjoy panoramic views from every room!

Property Features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room and primary bedroom.

• Porcelain wood plank flooring in all bedrooms; 20" tile throughout the remainder of the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, all-black appliances, and set-in black granite countertops. The dining table seats six, with three additional bar stools.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• Living area features two leather recliners and a leather sofa with recliners on both ends.

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed.

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed.

• Third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle. (*Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.)

• Keyless entry for convenient check-in and check-out.

• Parking for a maximum of two vehicles.

• No RVs or trailers allowed on-site.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

The balcony was amazing. The waves were beautiful. We saw lots of pelicans, a pod of dolphins, and a big fish from this balcony! we spent most of our time on the beach and balcony!

Fall break

We took our family for our first trip during the fall to Gulf Shores and we had the best time! The condo was perfect, amazing views. Plenty of space, clean, great beach and pool! We had an amazing time and would stay there again for sure!

Fabulous View!

The condo is beautiful, very clean and spacious. The view is spectacular from the balcony! There is a nice-sized laundry room and plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay!

We love Crystal Shores West

This is the 2nd condo we have stayed at and had nothing but a great time! Although both condos were managed by different companies the property and customer service has been great! We stayed for the nationals softball tournament and the other family’s of our team are repeat visitors who enjoy the property as well!

Wow the view

What an amazing stay we had. The views are spectacular. We saw dolphins playing, a group of grouper swam by, 1 sand shark and some stingray. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and reading there during late afternoon. The location was perfect for all we wanted to see. Very satisfied with our stay.

This was our second stay at this property. We love this unit! Beautiful views, comfy furniture, great layout and great balcony seating! We would definitely come again. The only thing we’ve experienced as a negative has to do with the beach. We’ve never seen the no tobacco or e-cig ordinance enforced. That can sure be rough on those of us who are allergic. Otherwise, Gulf Shores beach is amazing! We love how close the condo is to the beach! Maintenance responds quickly and security personnel was friendly and responsive around the building. Areas around the building were neat and clean.
Views from the balcony are the best! Especially being an end unit.

Crystal Shores West #1308 2024

Superb condo, supreme furniture inside and out! Living room furniture and balcony furniture alone added significantly to our stay. The beds were comfortable, and everyone slept well. The views from 1308 are spectacular! The walk to the beach is only steps away. We couldn't be more pleased. I am very impressed with this property.

Fantastic week at the beach

I have been to Gulf Shoes numerous times, and this is by far my favorite condo. The mattresses are very comfortable, the kitchen had everything I needed, the views were fantastic, the best outdoor furniture,and we had a very fine trip. We paid attention to the too warm comments and partially closed the blinds in the early afternoon and did not have a problem. Only things I missed were some throw pillows for the chairs and throw blankets.

Excellent location!

Property was very spacious. Beautiful views from the corner balcony. Prompt responses when needed to reach out to management company. Enjoyed the game room and also being right on the beach! Fun to see the pelicans fly right by the window daily. Pool is on east side of the building so it gets shaded later in the day. Hot tub always a great way to end the day though, and when time to take a break from the sun.

Comfortable Downtime Accommodations

The unit is spacious and functional with good flow. The living room furniture was very comfortable (four recliners). The views from this corner unit with the wrap around balcony were amazing! From the balcony we saw dolphins, sharks, stingrays, schools of fish, and a variety of birds. AC was cold and water pressure was strong. Washer/dryer were large capacity. Access to the beach & pool/hot tub were easy and close, basically get off the elevator & take 35 steps and you’re on the beach! Easy access hose and shower to get sand off your feet and gear before leaving the beach.

Great unit- only one complaint

The unit itself was great. Nicely furnished inside and on the patio. Spacious enough for our entire party and the boardwalk to the beach was a short distance. The biggest complaint our group had was the elevators. They were AWFUL! Constantly getting stuck and having glitches. The elevators had no air conditioning and did not even have fans inside to circulate air! Our last night the elevators got stuck(again) and we had to use the stairs to reach our unit on the 13th floor. (No air conditioning in the stair well either) IF the elevator situation was fixed, I would consider staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The comforter on the master bedroom had brown stains on it, the unit had no extra blankets or sheets in it, and the washer smelled very mildew. The over all stay was good.
