"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an awesome week, perfect weather and location. The house itself was great, windows were foggy on main floor but otherwise the house was more than decent all round. I don’t think the cleaners do a great job though. The master bath had hair in it, one bedroom had what appeared to be vomit on the bed skirt. The kitchen was disorganized and visibly grubby, but appliances all functional. There were some basic things that would make a better impression for example The main kitchen trash bin was cracked and about to fall apart, and the couch frame was actually cracked and dipping in the middle. We really still had a wonderful time, I just would encourage the owners to consider new cleaning staff and perhaps updating the living room furniture. Thank you for hosting us!"

"This was quiet possibly my favorite place I have ever stayed at while at the beach. So clean and everything was so nice. Easy communication with property manager. And she also called just to make sure everything was good on a holiday. To take time from your holiday to check in means alot. Would stay again definitely!"

"This is the best VRBO our family has stayed at, hands down - at the beach or otherwise. However, for a beach-based VRBO this one is truly exceptional for a few reasons: 1) heated pool (extra charge)2) every pool float/toy and beach toy/chair cart you could imagine was available 3) well decorated with sturdy and comfortable furniture4) kitchen had every cooking utensil or applicance you could imagine and a double oven 5) very close to the beach and decks had excellent furniture for relaxing and enjoying the ocen breeze. "

Reviewer Comments: We visited in the fall but even in the summer this spot is low density with no high rise condos nearby. We had the beach basically to ourselves. The house is literally a 15 second walk from the back steps. It also closer to the beach than the neighbors houses so you really have an amazing unobstructed view. You can tell the bones of the house have been there for a ling time but the inside has been redone and is in very good condition and clean. You couldn’t find a better spot if you are just looking to relax at the beach which is exactly why we go. We will check availability on this place every time we return moving forward."

"Veronica, was amazing! The house is fully stocked with any kind of appliance that you can think of! Plenty of towels for the 13 of us which was amazing as well! Such a gorgeous house with the best view of the morning sunrises on the beach and the evening sunsets on the beach! We were truly blessed to find this gem and equally blessed that it was available! Some of our ‘party’ arrived several hours before check-in. Veronica was so kind when they called and ask her for early entrance, and she did not charge me for an extra day! She was very understanding, and said not to worry about it and to enjoy my trip! If you have a chance, I would rent any property through this host. She is awesome and such a pleasure to deal with! "
